You may need to pick up some fertilizer though. The water soluble N-P-K in the bag of Miracle Grow may have been washed away if exposed to constant rain. If no holes in the bag are present and the garden soil remained relatively dry, it should be 100% fine to use.

Philodendrons have absolutely no care or concern about the quality of the soil. They grow from the moss filled crevices of trees in the rainforest.

In fact, if you look at the vining philos... At the bottom of each node on the vine there's a brown nodule which, if submerged in water will produce roots. The same nodes are air roots that hang in the humid air collecting moisture. To my knowledge, air has a pretty shitty NPK profile.
