Flies are pests of opportunity. You are providing them with food, water, and a place to grow. Killing them won't work. You need to remove any food waste and dead animals inside your house. Keep your garbage cans clean and as far from your house as possible. Remove any standing water. Fix your screens and seal up any gaps to deny them access.

Fly traps work but they smell like shit, but you are on a farm so you're used to it. Red wine vinegar with a drop of soap attracts them and drowns them, also kills gnats. Buy several tubes of caulking and caulk the shit out of your windows. Caulk them shut, fuck it. Get an electric fly swatter, get the ones with leader boards. My record is 34 in one day.
