id say get a raspberry pi 3. emulates up to n64 fairly smoothly from what ive heard. if you want too much more than that in terms of stepping up emulation youll probably need a couple hundred in PC parts at least to emulate ps2, xbox classic, or gamecube

This is the XBox 360 Street Fighter IV by MadCatz. I just took apart the PS3 Hori Tekken 6 wireless fighter stick. In comparison, the Hori was a slapdash at best.
