Hobbys take money, trying to do any sort of hobby in a half ass cheap way is wasting your time.

I have 50$ spare from just paying off my bills. I want to work with tools and or something. Not too much with computers.

I know I don't want to half ass stuff. I want to be proud of my work.

Cut some dovetails

You can get a decent solder iron for cheap; little electronics kits are cheap as well (or the schematics to make your own are on the net for free! You just have to buy the components.) Start learning about electronics. As you learn more, start making your own original stuff.

Find something vintage or cool, A radio, cool old alarm clock, coffee table what ever . It has to be something you find interesting and cool. Restore said item clean it repair it make it function, bring it to its former glory. Enjoy said item be proud you brought it back! Start new project. This is the key to finding a hobby you like, it has to be something that personally interests you.

The absolute best thing to do when you're this poor is to get into electronics. You'll need an electrical cheapo meter, some old toys or radio or something, screwdrivers.

Once you get it apart, buy some cheap electronics kit for like 20 bucks. Then you can modify it. My personal favorite is getting weird sounds out of them, but you can change displays, colors, lights, and programming once you get really deep

You could make a hobby out of making shit to lift with too, racks, etc. Or invest in actual equipment, but like another anon said, money.
