I have a sewing machine and lots of old levi jeans. How do tailor a pair of jeans specifically for my body? I also like the reconstructed look these vetements jeans have. Will post some more images so you get when I mean.

Take measurements of your body (better yet, get someone else to take them). create a basic pattern (for a neutral standard fit). adjust any errors and correct the pattern. Copy it to somewhere and keep it as master/start pattern.
Then modify (a copy of) the pattern to create the pants you want.

Flip them inside out and put them on
Use pins along the sides to cinch excess denim off so its form fitting to you
Pull them off and use a thick doublestich along your pin lines, then cut off the excess fabric
Then you just hem in a normal fashion, and can dart the waist of they are too big

This is how I have seen my tailor do it. What about at the pockets and waistline?

if I sew a line down the sides then i will lose some pockets like pic related.

Send me multiple pictures of you naked and I'll give you accurate measurements. The more pictures I receive the more accurate the data will be.
Start by either killing yourself or practice making jeans from scratch until you have a skill set that matches your desired outcome.
