What's a good part of the world to buy land in these days? I've been thinking of building a home.

Klamath oregon. 1.2k per acre. Undeveloped land. Mostly forest so you can timber your own lumber if you wanna. Super remote in some parts. But if you do have any neighbors you could kill them in half and appropriate their land. Repeat until redneck forest king.
