Where do I get large pieces of wood cut if I don't have a table saw?
Trying to build an arcade machine and I've never worked with wood this big before

Jig saw would work for those intricate shapes
If you just want square cuts, they could do it for you at home depot when you buy it

A circular saw and a straight edge clamped to the wood will get you good results. It's a ghetto track saw.
Just use a hand saw.

This, or even just a jigsaw (if it has a decent foot plate) with a straight edge.

This is best advice OP. It's how I cut my first Mame cabinet. If you use a jigsaw STILL use the clamp guides or your edges will suck.
Also,, while heavy as hell, you might consider using MDF instead of plywood, you can sand your edges smoother and get a better result when painting (I'm assuming you won't be routing a groove for T-Molding)
I cut out this little bartop machine with a basic jigsaw, and it included some beveled cuts. There's no reason it couldn't work for a bigger cabinet. If you're going to run a T-molding around the edges (and I suggest you do), just sand your edges smooth and then use a handheld router with a slot cutting bit.
Here's an in-progress pic of the cabinet. I used guides on the straight cuts. This was especially important on the bevels. It all fit together nicely. I really don't regret doing it with the jigsaw instead of the table saw. I was just lazy. The table saw is out in the garage, you see, and it was cold outside...
