I remember when i worked at Staples, people would bring us stuff to shred, except most if the time they wouldnt watch us put it in the lockbin. One time i got a box full of what i assumed was a dead doctors belongings, because their were blank prescription pads n shit.
Half thought about nabbing them but it didnt seem worth the risk.

No, it's just regular illegal. Forging documents for a non-monetary gain wouldn't even go to court. He could be expelled if discovered. The doctor could pursue it in civil court.
