I was born or perhaps through posture and nutrition developed pronated feet and knocked knees. I routinely strech the adductor complex and activate the posterior chain daily but its congenital bone mal formation and i crush my boots an the lateral portion is there any home crafted insert I could make? Perhaps made of wood since my pronation is that tough.
My age is 23, can bone be remolded using constant pressure? Is there a medical thread? In 6"1 but was skinny fat until 19 and sedentary which could have exacerbated the deformity
Go to a doctor man... diying repairs to ur own body can fuck yourself up even worse. If you dont have the money, save up and wait until u do instead of trying to do it yourself. Better for a doctor with more than 20 years of experience to be held accountable than some anonymous podunk on an internet messageboard
What are the proper mechanics of walking?
Search for orthopaedic cushioning insoles or something like that. My girlfriend has flatfoot and her knees looked like yours but after she bought those insoles she is much better.

I have had insoles but ive crushed them too I need something sturdier aince im 190 and am on my feet all day

I'm all for /diy/ home surgery and all, but I think this one might be for the pros bud...like orthopedic surgery...
Good luck!

Did you also remember to activate your almonds?

why not just pay to have your legs broken in 20 places and have them pinned and braced so when they heal you're good to go.
its kind of like the painful surgery that can lengthen your legs by slowly increasing the distance between the breaks so your legs get longer as they heal.

Hey. Had surgery for height correction, thought I'd answer a few. 23 is too late for applied pressure, your bones close off after puberty, which for men means around 27/28 (23/24/25 if u got a gina). Surgery will probably help, risk is high of pain though. Not much, but noticeable, I got lucky myself. Looks like a combo of bad shoes and not enough dairy products and fatty acids during formative years. You can also never wear Converse. They maek dis. Good luck. Merrell and the 2017 Nike cheapo shoes (white sole) have hard soles. Use a lot of high-rise boots, support is your friend. Scissor out supports from gel pads.

Where the fuck do you get your shoes. I'm 6' 7" and 245 lbs. Mine last a year, just like cheap shoes.

or otherwise i would have to stay go to

I get walmart boots for work and day to day wear. The heel elevation make it comfortable to hit depth in front squats. But I still "crush" the medial portion of the shoe wear a normal arch is supposed to be

But mother nature news said all I have to do is smoke pot to cure my cancer.

What that? Cheap shitty shoes and shitty? Stop the fucking presses. Spend your money on things that make your life better. IE Not beer, cigarettes, and porn. Get good shoes, a good mattress and a good chair. That's about all you need to not fuck up your body.

can you not help straighten out/ lengthen/ align ligaments and muscles using braces and bandages ? It won't be a miracle, but you should be able to slowly increase tension on one side or the other of each brace etc so that over time you at least modify your neutral muscle positions.
You can't necessarily lower pressure at a specific spot on your foot, but you might be able to increase the pressure on the rest to lessen it by spreading it out.
I don't know why people would say bone plasticity ends at X age. It just decreases dramatically.
Think about old people who've lost all their teeth and don't have dentures keeping the jaw aligned. The jawbone and skull slowly changes shape without teeth or dentures keeping pressures where they should be.
And think about it. People can break and heal bones almost until they die, which gives you a great simple proof that the bones can reshape long after puberty. Bones are broken and reset as well when they have healed wrong.
your bones are constantly being dissolved and regrown, the repair part just gets slower over time.
Your bones are alive, and can adapt to changes, just the same as peoples skin growing when they suddenly get fat.
Go to a doctor if you can at all. Leg/back braces as needed should be able to lessen the deformity if not correct it.

Anyone have advice on proper walking posture and gait mechanics?
