What do you think of the LifeEdited apartments? I think they're pretty cool but find it hard to imagine being able to actually do many of the things they do, particularly where I am located. No rental properties here allow you to make sweeping modifications like the ones seen in the project. The overall concept I approve of though.
It's not a bad idea if you live in a terrible city where apartments are tiny.
The cost of the modifications is much more than it would cost to just buy a few hundred more sqft in most cities though.

Seriously move.
There are soooooooo many places that you could live and own, not rent. (My renters pay my mortgages).
Too many people are seemingly trapped by comfort zones and habits when they should relocate to a more economic place to live.

That's easy to say but for a lot of us there are more opportunities in the city. There's nothing I'd love more than to relocate to the country but there's very little work.

There's obviously not that many opportunities if you can't afford a proper apartment.

What exactly is a "proper apartment" you condescending faggot?
My apartment is all the space I need in a neighborhood I like downtown and it's two blocks from work. Not everyone can afford to buy and to be honest I don't think I would even if I had the money.
