So after countless failed attempts I managed to build a neurophone (pic related) its working fine, I can´t really tell if it´s just ysing bone induction technology or 5d pyramid power to make the sounds inside my head and I really don´t care. My only issue so far is that the volume is kinda low, even if my mp3 is at max vol.
I was wondering if using smaller piezo disks (currently using 1"-2.3 cm) would work, or if applying more voltage (the schematic said 18v via 2x9v batteries) would do the trick, or better yet, if using smaller piezos as well as a higher voltage would work.
Thanks in advance.

Have you ever in your life opened a physics textbook? Have you ever even taken General Physics(With Calculus) 2? Hell do you even know what physics is?

No.
That´s why Im asking.
Following closely, always been interested in these. How does it sound compared to normal speakers?
Also can you post the schematic?

It sounds really faint, it doesnt sound as if the sound is coming from your ears per se, but it doesnt sound as if its exactly "inside your head" so somewhere in the middle.
Now can someone help me with the original question?

In nursing school we had a bone conduction demonstration with tuning forks. If i recall the lesson basically you can't hear as many frequencies that way, so it may be more than just loudness.

Well, for what it´s worth you can actually hear the whole song almost as if it were speakers, also, not teally into the whole mditation/chakra/third eye thing, but if you concentre it feels as if you can hear the sound better, might be just placebo, but according to the inventor your nerves are translating the electrical current into sound so "concentrating/giving your body time to adjust to the waves" should make it work better.
Should point out that its only audible if you place the piezos in your forehead or near your cheekbones, have tried in the neck and upper back as well but you can barely hear a thing. supposedly if you use the original device during a long period of time you could get the full effect by placing the electrodes anywhere on your body (dont know if the original uses piezo buzzers also).
