I have been looking for it on and of for some time, but appart from some medical shit and use for welding and stuff I havent found any other use for pure oxygen in tanks like in the picture.
What to use this shit for? growing herbs faster? using instead of air for tires. please name it

Huff it or weld with it. Herbs need supplemental CO2 for dankness, not oxygen.

Hybrid rockets

Mix with h2 add a spark and make water.
dude, huff it , like the mask in the airplane, it will get you soooo high probably

Yes, use it in your tires.

man stop stealing that shit from your grandma

Also Nitrogen (NOx).

I bandsawed one in half (I have several I use for torch cutting when I need portability) and the walls are agreeably thick for something like a custom chopper oil tank.
If you have some you don't want for torch work tho you might as well sell them. IMO everyone should own at least one oxy-acetylene/oxy-propane torch rig. I transfill mine off my larger welding cylinder (as to many private pilots) but you can just exchange them at a local welding gas supplier.
I used my welding cylinder for oxygen-boosted cardio. Roger Bannister did likewise long ago but I've notice little info on it.
Oxygen helps get rid of hangovers. Both aircrew and maintainers back in the day used to turn up the oxygen control panel to 100-percent and hit "test mask" to clear their heads after a night of Cold War drinking. I'm sure they still do.
Be GENTLE with those cylinders! They can fail catastrophically if damage creates a stress raiser. Steel cylinders are safest.

Oxygen is great for boosting your metabolism and putting you straight into an early grave. It's a cruel irony that the stuff we need to survive is also slowly killing us.

Not really. Death is good for the species. We evolved to fear it because evolution could produce no superior result. Live to be old enough, then die.
Many fighter pilots live to be very old men and have thousands of hours on breathing oxygen. I don't fear it at all.
You can use pure oxygen and an airstone to aerate wort before fermentation. Generally results in a more rapid and energetic fermentation.
