if not, just jam some needlenose pliers into the card and yank it out

Well found them and got out all the screws but it seems the frame is still glued together

Pry it apart near the charger port with a small flat blade screwdriver or knife.

It'll seem like it won't come apart, but just keep prying in that same spot and the glue will give without damaging anything.

Fortunately it wasn't glued as I thought and easily came apart and could get the card out without issues
