your next best bet would be either try to make some kind of lever system to replicate the press or simply make a bench press with a bottle/car jack

that would have more than enough pressure

You could probably 3d print something like that easily enough. The trick would be getting all the dimensions right, and designing the press well enough to take the stress without splitting.
