Trying to find a heavy duty bag to haul some gear around. Something roughly the size and shape of a school bag is ideal because I use public transport a lot and can't carry a massive bag everywhere I go.
Preferably something that can fit a welding helmet and some other misc instruments.
Thanks.
Trying to find a backpack.Needs to be roughly the size of a backpack.A backpack would probably work fine.

Well I would not be posting here if that were the case. Regular consumer bags tear and rip too easily that's the problem.

>no cheap backpacks aren't good enough I need something better
>like a more expensive backpack
Goruck
OP here. Thanks for the mostly useless replies, I'll check goruck out appreciate the recommendation. I just decided to visit my local army surplus store and buy some gear from there knowing that it's designed to be pretty durable and easy on the wallet. Good !=expensive and cheap!=bad just use your own judgment per product.

Wow so you're getting a higher quality backpack huh

>just use your own judgment per product
maybe you should have used that to determine a gooder cheaper backpack than all the shitty ones

Thanks for your useless thread. This board is about the appreciation of DIY and discussion between people who are actually building things or discussion about the best way to achieve a build of something
this is not a CAN YOU GUYS RECOMMEND A BAG FOR ME TO BUY IT HAS TO BE FREE AND INDESTRUCTIBLE AND I WILL WHINE THE ENTIRE TIME UNTIL SOMEONE TELLS ME EXACTLY WHAT TO BUY
if you want to make a backpack go to the fabric store and buy the most heavy duty material you can and stitch it together with the thickest thread you can
tape on some soft foam insulation and you can make it comfy
fuck off
