Just use jet fuel
light wood on fire and use it to heat the metal
Use charcoal.
Put 12 inches high stones around it.
Light charcoal.
Use steel pipe to blow air at base of charcoal. (Dont inhale only blow)
Place steel to be forged with end in center of glowing pile of charcoal.
Use channel locks or vise grips to grab steel out of charcoal when it's bright orange hot.
Hammer shit out of it.
Repeat as needed.
>Protip use old steel files or leaf springs from trucks to make hard steel tools or weapons.
Heat to bright red hot when finished hammering to shape, and quench in cold water immediately. Hardens.
Reheat until surface turns a blue color to temper. Adds toughness.
Use sharpening or grinding stone to finish off shape, or sharpen.
Coat with oil and hold over fire to burn oil onto surface , repeat several times. Makes black rust resistant surface.
Enjoy.

thank friend, I had problems making it reach at least cherry red

Yeah, it needs to be bright orange at least. Like somewhere between traffic barrel orange, and yellow is best.
Yellow to white hot can be too hot and burn up your metal.
Also hammering will throw sparks.
Don't do this near ANY shit that shouldn't be on fire.

Best way to find workable temperature is when steel becomes de-magnetized. That's around 1800 degrees, but put a magnet to it and when it no longer sticks then you should pull it and work it.
