Buy some "liquid fire brick, grind those soft up, mix and poor 4 foundry?

If u dont abuse them they will make a fine forge.

This, really. You could also use 50/50 PoP/Sand mix and coat them with it. That should make them durable enough to withstand the treatment a forge gets.
Should work quite well.

Go for electrical aluminium melting foundry, there's a guy on youtube who used these bricks to make some nice setup.
