Just use any tar or pitch, nobody would be able to get it off without getting they're hands really messy

You could put a dollop of silicone on the back of it. You'd have to stick it to something within a couple minutes, but it will stick to just about anything and dry in ~20 minutes and become very difficult to remove. There is also a quickset silicone that comes in little tubes, it is insanely strong and dries in seconds.

C4 itself is "sticky".

Pixels, since they don't do that shit in real life. C4 is sticky though.
C4 is a claylike substance that will become adhesive when worked. No one slaps a jammer on the wall period. Most jammers are either handheld or they are large pieces of expensive kit you would never slap on a wall.
tl;dr nothing

M112 demolition charges have an adhesive strip on one side for attaching to various surfaces.

frame charges usually are stuck on a piece of styrofoam with electrical tape (so it's the correct distance from the wall/door being exploded) that itself has normal double-sided tape on the other side.

At least someone knows m112 isnt generally used outside its brick. That sticky tape on the back is shit tho. We use breaching tape to fix it as well as other charges to shit. That shit will stick to anything.

Some actual "sticky" bombs were actually magnetic. Germans even had anti-magnetic coatings for their tanks specifically for it. It's that bumpy stuff you can see on some of the armor.

plasteline=playdoh
Double sided tape will hold something like that with ease
