yo guys can you help me i bought a "Schneider Electric AQUASTAR" wall outlet.
I want 1 outlet to be always on, the other one to be switchble (on/off). I know this is possible but the instructions are very vague
do any of you guys have experience with this??
yes, call a certified electrician.

I also worked for Schneider for a while. It was pretty surreal when my apartment upgraded it's fuse boxes to breakers boxes that came from the company I worked for.

First response. That didn't take long.

Assuming it's like a regular duplex with a cover on, all you need to do is break off the brass tab that jumps the line side together, the wire from you line goes to one screw, the wire from your switch goes to the other. Some people will tell you to split the neutrals (might be code? Idfk) but it doesn't need to for it to work.
Can you post a pic of the back/side of the outlet?
