What pieces/connectors do I use to hook up leads for speakers/input jack/power to the vertical rods? There's a pair on each side.

OP's pins are round. They aren't meant for wrapping.

This >>1037348 or this >>1038356. You can also get suitable sockets for those pins, but they're relatively unpopular.
