Just Google the various military "napalm" formulas and pick one.

Avoid using any fuel ingredients which will harden and clog your valves in a flame thrower. This didn't matter for air-dropped canisters which used a bursting fuse in each end.

If you are a military aircraftfag you can see classic Cold War era nape canisters made into travel pods. The ends are capped and a door fitted to the midsection. Pilots stow vital TDY gear like golf clubs and beer in them.

LP tanks are limited by LP head pressure. CO2 tanks can run MUCH higher pressures and regulators are inexpensive. Ensure your system can handle your chosen pressure. Western Enterprise make many useful compressed gas fittings available online.
