The question isn't so much of why it was deleted, but what rule did it break. This is after all the thread I created for the purpose of not just posting images, but being able to talk about anything associated with the images/subject matter. If the Mod didn't want too many polls in one thread or too close together or what have you, they could've said so, but no. Now there's even more wasted space just asking why. The thing is that neither of those actually solve the problem. Penis extension is essentially a crapshoot with solid risk of erectile dysfunction - and a huge dong that doesn't work isn't any better than a tiny one that does. So medical help isn't really viable. As for therapy, you can't get rid of insecurity without either resolving the underlying problem or believing it's not an issue at all - thing is, it can't be reliably fixed with the current medical procedures and it is, in fact, a problem.
