I just think it's just common sense that people will be more interested in writing cohesive stories than fetish shopping lists.

If someone wants their request filled then the best way to go about that is to have some kind of pitch, characters and a story that serve as a framework for the fetishes.

I've been wanting to write a story, but have it solely from first-person perspective of the bottom. It would basically be the experience of someone kidnapped and broken into a slave.

To put it more politely than the guy you replied to, it tends to come off rather strangely to the reader, since in that situation a person wouldn't exactly be in the right state of mind to monologue. Especially if they were being broken- would you have that time to introspect on matters if you were in the protagonist's place?

Similarly, stream of consciousness sounds good in theory but in practice it's as erotic as the end result of a cat walking across the keyboard and makes just as much sense to the reader.

Better to do it third person past tense. It might seem "lame", but it's no less capable of conveying fear and helplessness if used correctly even as it avoids all the pitfalls of the first-person perspective and present tense.

This is just thiccposting. As a species defining picture, it's plainly disappointing. Gators have huge fucking tails they use to move around in water, which they can do because they're long, and basically a vertical wall of scales and ridges worn on muscle, letting them lean on a whole lot of water with each beat, which let the species accelerate a lot faster than some would think; seeing as they're usually cruising around slowly. You know how the gator in that gif flies almost entirely out the water at a 90° angle? This is why.
They also look like something out of jurassic park because the ridges they grow are mean looking things reflecting how they're closers to the dinosaurs than mammals are. Their jaws and teeth are also a point of reference.
Compared to that, this krell is just a scaly drawing.
Of course, all of these traits are animal traits and can be ignored because Krells are ayy. But that picture wasn't a result of creative liberties. Merely fetishism. And that's sad.

Hi guys, I was translating a story of mine from portuguese (english not being my main language, but I really need some training) and thought you guys could give me some criticism.

Well I do consider these to be my own stories, considering that input from the commissioner is minimal and they're all taking place in my OC setting and fleshing it out in ways I might otherwise overlook.
In this case for example Shiny's prompt was "a spy gets stranded on a planet with a Polar", the story could well have started with them crashing, but I saw an opportunity to flesh out the corporations and colonies that I've been planning for one of my future stories. I can reference prior stories, set up plot points for future entries, and really just go nuts with that kind of stuff.
I hope that example gives you a better idea of what goes on behind the scenes when I take on a project like this, it's still very much my baby. I'm essentially being paid to expand my own universe, which is great.

From what I've seen on Amazon most of the stories are extremely short fapfics of just a few thousand words, and while there's nothing wrong with doing that, my stories almost all approach novel length and it generally takes a good month for me to get new ones out. I wouldn't be able to make money through saturation as most smut writers there seem to do.

A CoC fantasy thing is kind of the default setting these things end up as, but there's nothing technically wrong with that. Plenty to work with in a generic fantasy world. Splitting from the usual 'Johnny Generic sets out into wonderland in search of treasure and fame' would be a must - like maybe writing from the perspective of a dragon building its hoard, or a noble being tasked with ending the wars plaguing the land with the choice of sweet talking their way through the nations, bringing in distant bestial tribes to further fracture the balance of power, or even trying to unite several nations under their own banner.

For a sci-fi setting, you could have the MC be a recently indentured worker / rusher / etc in a colossal space station, the centre of trade between a dozen different species and/or nations, with air, food, and precious minerals being a constant driving force for the MC to manage and obtain through various means.

Personally, I'm a fan of a modern day setting just past the verge of several dimensions colliding and mystical beings spilling out into the mundane world.

Thank you for the help! Well, I could be really grateful if you could tell me how to achieve these endings without spoilers if possible. For now I just want to play like how I feel like it, but I wonder what amounts to the end result and what not. Like do I have to do every side mission to get the best ending? Or will there be choices I have to make in the main storyline? Like in the amusement park I made sure I don't kill anybody, even if 9S suggested to do so, but I'm not sure if it really matters or not.

Ok. For starters the game has like 20 endings. Most of which are just one sentence joke endings. Things like detonating yourself in the bunker or going fishing instead of fighting a big boss that is stomping around.

There are endings for acquiring every weapon in the game or killing every robot but these aren't really story significant.

To get the full extent of the plot you need to

1. Beat the game
2. Beat the game again playing as a different character
3. Continue the story past beating the game as that different character
4. Load up your save right before the choice at the end of the game and choose the other one.

Basically what I'm trying to stress is that you don't need to worry about what choices you make. At the end there will be a very clear A or B black or white option to choose to determine an ending. After that you can reload to right before that choice to choose the other one. You don't need to worry about your actions up until then too much.

Just don't kill that one character who's name begins with P.

Thank you very much for the graph! It's quite a relief that the side quests are not mandatory then, even though I like doing them since they help you put together the pieces of the lore, not to mention they often reveal some character traits.

It's funny. I had this feeling that this is finally an RPG which I start to like in a way I adore Chrono Trigger, and this just strengthens that resemblance. I died right at the first boss, so I had to do the factory all over again, so that's one, and I ate a fish because Jackass asked me to do so.
