Whatever specific prompts you decide on, I'd like to throw out a few more general variations on the fetish that I'm a big fan of.

Regarding specific prompts, I think the guy bringing his childhood friend to be changed to a tranny could be interesting. I'd like to suggest that the guy's ideal be a top in this case—there are so many TF stories where the person being transformed becomes the initiator's perfect submissive [enter fetish here], so an interesting subversion might be to have the initiator (the guy, in this case) actually be a bottom who wants to transform his childhood friend into a perfect top.
