just read on books on it and practice. people have this idea in their heads that it's a special skill, a magic power or really hard to learn but realistically you can do it in a couple of weeks. Most of it is trust and rapport so it has a knock on effect (ie: put one person into a trance, they tell their friend, their friend is already halfway-primed for a trance before you've even met them etc).
With practice and rapport you can eventually start doing instant inductions like some street hypnotists do. Stage hypnotists usually pre-select their audience and trance them beforehand to speed things up, but not always.
