The demo (which I think is linked from the github page) has each of the party members apart from the leader getting it.

Based on what I managed to understand from the game and Fireball's descriptions, it's a setting where a girl has a chance for magic to awaken inside her when she's 10-13 or so, but it starts to fade when she reaches Christmas Cake age. So all of the party members are young casters that act on the orders of an older ex-caster (not Yolanda, the spanker in that pic, but someone above her).

Each of the scenarios in the demo involves one of the younger party members messing up and being corrected by either Yolanda or the woman above her.

On an unrelated note:
The Haruhi scenario for the original Spanking Sim game won't load because the description and lore tags for Tsuruya got mixed. It's something a user can easily fix with a text editor, but it was a bitch to track down since the game doesn't have any debugging output as far as I can tell. The newer game looks like it was abandoned two or three years ago before it reached the point of being playable, unfortunately. At least I've got the source code to play around with.

I see what you mean, it's mostly an issue with video games characters who are often more independents than anime characters.
