Basic premise seems to be:
To combat the declining birthrates in her region, local earth god (and foxgirl) Koko enacts (enacted? she might have started it years before the game is set) the 'Harakami' plan and apparently makes the local MC into a demi-god of impregnation. She proceeds to have sex with him and gets pregnant, followed shortly thereafter by the Tsukumogami Ryuuzu, and then the Shinigami Hisui.

By creating children with the MC, they seek to improve human/god understanding (and in Koko's case, encourage an increase in birthrates), among other things.

There's also three girls at school the MC gets to know, having been forced by school policy to join a club with them after school (lest he seem like a slacked and/or delinquent). However, the girls, too, have their own things driving them and one or two might not be all that they appear.

MC is notable for the fact that he actually does have a face that you see (sometimes), and has... abandonment issues. Apparently he actually was abandoned as a child, and thus takes extreme issue with anyone making like of parenthood or a parent's duty to their children.

I'm interested in Shinto and modern representations of mythology so I'd honestly be interested in playing through it just for the story alone, but the massive loli focus of the game made me not give it the time it deserved, so I only have the basic rundown
