It's been a while but I believe your bank statement will just read "DLsite" without being specific about whether or not you ordered anything adult (remember, DLsite has a non-porn content storefront as well). Also I've heard some people get charged a small foreign services fee (a dollar last I checked). Though I don't know whether or not that fee is dependent on the bank you're with or if it's something DLsite does in general. This was also back when I was able to order from JP DLsite so maybe their English storefront doesn't come with that fee.

Speaking of which, another thing is that the Japanese storefront of DLsite blocks most foreign credit/debit cards. So here's the deal.
• Anything stored short-term in data for a game should be saved in memory.
• The values in memory have to be meaningful to the game itself.
What I mean by this is, Values such as lives, health, or ammo will be saved to RAM, and the values will probably be stored linearly. While I've seen some games that scramble memory in order to defeat basic CE use, most porn games aren't going to bother. The value for an ammo counter will probably go down as it depletes and rises as it replenishes.

So lets start searching for a value. I'll use ammo, because it's usually the easiest useful value to find (right in front of HP). So you load the level, and then pause. In Milia Wars and MW HD, the game also pauses if you click outside the window, which is nice. Anyway, with the level loaded and paused, go to Cheat Engine. If you haven't yet, click the little glowing computer icon in the upper left, and choose the process. Then, change the scan type to unknown value and hit scan. CE will have 'found' every memory address, because all we scanned for was a wildcard. Now, go back to the game, unpause, and take a single shot. The ammo bar will drop. Pause again, swap back to CE, and change the scan type to decreased value. This scans all currently found addressed for any that went down. Swap back and forth between the two steps, and you should narrow the list quickly. In this HD remake, you'll find three remaining that will always match. Once you're down to just a few values, you can change one, and see if it reflects a change in game.* I know from expereince that the bottom of the three is the actual ammo bar variable, and that at level 1 it ranges from 135 full charge to zero at empty.

With the value found, double-click it to add to the list below, where you can more easily modify it, freeze it's value, or even assign hotkeys for better control. In that list I posted earlier, I have "~" set to freeze HP, Q to refill HP, W to drop hp in increments of 25, E and R to lower and raise clothing levels respectively, and so on.

Note that the addresses for values will always be different each time you open a game, but often they are the same distance apart. This is the case for Milia Wars and HD. What this means is, if you save the list of addresses, you'll still need to find at least one address the next time you go to play. Again, I'll use the ammo value, because it's easy to find.

Last time you had found this value, you would have had an opportunity to experiment with it's default lows and highs. Even though you will have found the value after a few shots, when the bar was about half or less full, you can take a quick death to fill it back up again. Thus, you know, or at least could know, that the range for the ammo value (at level 1) is 135 to 0. So, this time, you can search for an exact value of 135 first. Do this once the level loads, to ensure the value is properly set, and then continue as normal. Starting from an exact value means you'll probably not need more than two shots.

Once you have found the right value (and double-checked by modifying it and watching the blue bar change), add it to your list below and double-click the address field. Copy the new variable's address, and then right-click>Re-scan New Address on the old ammo variable. Click the exact address tab, and paste over what's listed. I've seen CE try to automatically figure out the new addresses, but I haven't tested it enough to learn when it is or is not reliable.

Anyway, once you update ammo's address, you'll find any other addresses you listed also changed. This is because all the variables are always the same distance apart, and CE auto-updates these for you. You can now remove the address you just added (which will no longer point towars ammo)

That's about as far as I know. Not all games have the value go down as it depletes, and values without a bar (such as the clothing, or the the variable that keeps track of double-jumps) will reqire a bunch of "changed"/"unchanged" searches. If you're struggling on a particularly stubborn game, you can try changing the value type from 4-byte to all as a last resort. I've seen a few games where lesser-important values are stored as single bytes or sometimes doubles. Flash games, in particular, can be rather difficult to crack, and there are a few I go back to occationally to see if I can get it.

*Back in the first post, I left an asterisk. Changing values willy-nilly is a good way to crash a game. Generally, this isn't too much a problem, but keep it in mind if you've got a game with values that aren't fixed distance. Also know that on one specific game (Foxy Mama from Eka's), I was changing variables, and it crashed my display driver and fucked with my keyboard input. forcing a reboot. So know that poorly-coded games can do some weird shit when you violate their memory.

Well, I was just thinking about it in the context of vore games, and I don't entirely count MGQ because it's got such a massive spread of fetishes. One of those "something for everyone" games not counting those who hate monstergirls to begin with or who have zero /d/ tolerance in the first place to skim past the bits they're not into.

That said, I dunno how I feel about futa showing up in MGQ since the monsters only being female is kind of important to the lore. a Fully funtioning futa would break the "monsters need humans to reproduce" bit which is the source of most of the conflict. That said, the whole plot of Paradox is timeline fuckery breaking the lore of the original's story, so that might actually come into play. (Only counting the main games and not fan material, even the fan material by the actual MGQ artists)

Granted, there is ZERO futa in the original trilogy. There are a few futa-ish things in Paradox so far, but none of the monsters have an actual proper dick where a dick would be. The high slug has one but it's more like a tentacle. Riot has an ejaculating tail thing but since her cum is green I'm not entirely sure what's going on there.

Since you asked though,

The high slug first shows up in the slug tower quest, I think. Unlike the original slug from MGQ (who is still there and also recruit-able) she's a lot more predatory and fully carnivorous. (So if you're maxing her affection in normal gameplay, give her meat, the normal slug will be perfectly happy with lettuce, but not this one) In her low affection scene she eats you at the end. At max affection after recruiting her there is literally an option called "futanari sex" where she uses her slug tentacle on you.

Riot is a vaguely lizard-like cyborg you find as a random encounter in the (second, I think?) time paradox hole dungeon. The game works very well with chaos difficulty. The damage taken feels right for the vore and there is no need to get your character damaged constantly to trigger the scenes.

I have beaten the trial in chaos difficulty with Mirea and her awesome movility and quick aerial attacks, it mows everything down. I have even beat the secret area in one try. Now Sachiho... I get my ass handed by the double lamias and bullshit 70% damage grab.

In my experience, Sachi does a piss-poor job with Lamias but is a total wormslayer. While the dodge is hilariously effective against worms, it's a total crapshoot when Lamias dive at you. Sometimes the dodge avoids it, most of the time she gobbles you up anyway.

So I found out that there are certain situations where pressing the arrow keys affects the scene. If you fall prey to the lamia's lunge thing, you can struggle before she swallows you. If you do this enough, she forces you into a kiss.

I'll give you some answers;

The yellow bar is your exp, going from 0 to something like 400. It's easy to find, because it only fills when you get a yellow orb. So do a search for value of zero at the start of the level, and every time the bar fills, do an "increased value" search. Pepper in a few "unchanged value" searches whenever you think about it, and that will help narrow it down.

Once I had found it, I set it to something high and froze the variable. If you do this, you'll jump through all the levels and hit max, and then the bar tries to decrease. I don't know if this is an anti-cheat attempt, or just that the level decays after a while, but with the variable frozen you'll just stay at max.

Invulnerability, meanwhile, is a value of zero that gets set higher after you take damage, and drops to zero as the blinky wears off. So all you have to do is start a search at zero, and whenever you take damage and become blinky, do a quick search for increased values, and then decrease (or zero) once it's gone. This is made easier if you hotkey increase and decrease searches (I have numpad + for increased value search, numpad - for decreased value search, numpad * for changed value search, and numpad / for unchanged value search), and I'd recommend selecting the "pause the game while searching" checkbox.

None that I know of, unfortunately. It was a problem in the original as well.. My guess is the routine that changes their sprite set uses the variable as a reference, but is only called at specific times. All I can say is play in Windowed mode to make alt-tabbing easier.

If you freeze the variable, though, it will stay there, and you can have naked characters persist even between lives.
