First you have to find out what you want. Depending on the severity of the fetish, your list of "decent" artists gets smaller exponentially. Ideally you would get someone who's done size art before and whose general interests would line up with what you want.

I'm not sure if your waifu is an OC or an established character, but it helps to have good references and a general idea for pose, pov, background, and stuff. Try and keep the description of what you want brief, and to the most important parts.

So I have this idea stuck in my head for a while now and I want to hear what you guys think.

It's set in a world where people change size every month based on a voting contest that everyone can participate in. They can vote for anyone in the world except for themselves and every vote a person receives makes them that much bigger at the start of the next month. If they receive less votes then they had last month then they shrink by the difference. Also, the more popular someone is the more their vote matters and possessions grow and shrink with people.

If I do end up writing a story with this premise it'll probably be about an idol of some sort who starts unpopular but slowly becomes the next big hit (pun intended).
