In Free Cities, one of my favorite things to do is unflinchingly ruin a slave's life through surgery. I'm thinking better stat system, slightly stricter requirements for the class schedule, more random events, more after school classes on different days of the week, and something needs to be done about the UI feel.

Right off the bat I'd say the class schedule system has to be totally reworked.
I'd say maybe have it so you set the teachers to the classes and just have each group of kids randomly, because that would just be the easiest to code, pick what's available.

I think the stat system is fine but the grind could be reduced and lewd choices could raise your reputation, instead of lowering it, when the kids are corrupt enough.
More random events would be greatly appreciated too. That would also fix one of my other big complaints, there needs to be more to on the weekends.
Finishing all the half done ideas would go a long way too. Like the teacher/student/pta info in the phone. That seems so essential it's frustrating when there's only like three people it works for.

The UI isn't that big a deal for me. It's not great by any measurement but it's pretty low on the list. The whole PC clothing system is a joke though. I can have the kids running around naked but people freak out if I unbutton my shirt a little. Plus I noticed that if my character goes naked but I push the more conservative button a bunch no one seems to mind.

I love the idea of having the after school events on different days. So much time passes between moving screens you can only visit two or three a day, and that's if you get lucky and have an event the moment you first enter the room.

It's biggest problem though I think is you end up doing the same thing every day for weeks. No idea how that could be fixed though.
A 12 hour clock option would be nice too.

Was just playing a bit of Sim Tentacles, and have been playing Hitman recently, so I've now got the idea for a Hitman-esque game where you are placed in different levels with the goal of possessing/mind-controling/infesting/whatever a target.

The target would be well protected, forcing the player to take control of other npcs in the level to get access to them. You would probably control some sort of parasite, and have the ability to take control of npcs that you infect. A lone girl outside would be easy to sneak up on and infect, but others would be more difficult. You could then take control of the infected npc to infect the others, either by attacking separated people, or by doing things such as tricking them into drinking infected jizz, or using the toilet with a parasite in it, or whatever.

Like Hitman, there could also be different special ways to infect the target, which would require different steps such as infecting certain npcs and setting up the perfect ambush. Obviously there would be some sort of score/ranking system for replayability. Can you get the best ranking by completing the goal without being spotted, all in your (birthday)suit?

Hmm java? It's pretty much "just" going to be a sprite rigging system, it will load the torso, measure its width/height, create anchor points for the other limbs, and branch out from there.
