Yeah, OK guy. There's no way you could automatically do that, boobs are pretty generic pixel-wise and there's a huge variance in how they're drawn. At best you'd maybe look for crescent-shapes (bottom of boobs) or dual-crescent (boob + nipple), but there would likely be tons of false positives and you'd never be able to get it to work on images where the character is in odd positions or tilted off to the side.

K9 Web Protector has a lot of cool features.

You can add excepts and add more than they usually block. To change settings requires a password that you can randomize and use http://www.tellyoulater.com/ to hide the password until you want it. There is also ways to password protect your folders, the key to this making a random one that you copy and paste into tellyoulater and set a time lock.

I like this thing a lot. It's very useful. Here are some neat features that I didn't explain previously, please note it's all optional:

It can lock your web access if you visit too many blocked sites. And after some testing, nearly every hentai/porn etc place I know is blocked.
You can set times of the day were web access is totally restricted.
You can add a frightening bark noise to the blocked page (I think it's to scare kids).
Forces safe search on browsers and search engines. Unfortunately google's safe search is garbage so you'd need to work out some way to block common google searches.
You can also block things like mature shopping sites. This was a really neat feature for when I caught my bf jerking to a lingerie store's website because he was desperate.

There is a bit more but I haven't used it in awhile. Check it out yourselves for sure! It's WAY better than an extension and most tampering leads to blocked internet access for a period of time. It's also free!

Consider backing it up with some extensions or overlapping programs!

I haven't used much folder locking programs but I know Winrar and 7zip have features that password protect files, but there is also a short script you can save as a bat file that locks folders. I'll post more about that somewhere else, or maybe save it to a dropbox so it's easier to access. Unfortunately anyone who isn't a dunce can easily change the password you set in the script by editing it.

random.org can be used for a randomized password, which you can copy and paste into the k9 settings and hide using tellmelater to keep it hidden for a long time. Alternatively come in contact with a dom and have them set the password! ;~; Lost my sub so no more denying fun for people but I still enjoy thinking up new ways to do it.

Mosaic-anon actually won me over from the black box camp. I did some pixellating of my own. Two trigger warnings about these though: at first I didn't use a really big pixels, but it did get bigger towards the end (the imgur link is random order though). Secondly, I didn't censor dicks, for reasons, but there aren't many of those in these.

Wow, amazing collection, you out-did me. I'll have to do a ton more soon. Mosaic is nice though because it quick and easy to do, but you have to initially choose a size that prevents the original image being seen when squinting, even though smaller pixelation does look really good sometimes. Amazing work though.

Also if it doesn't bother you, could you use the same filetype as the original? Unfortunately preserving the just the filename isn't enough for my purposes. The purposes being that I use Hydrus Network to catalog every porn image I have and to preserve the image's tags I need to have the file remain with the same exact name/type.
