Pretty good story. I'm not a huge fan of inanimate transformations but the absorption and fusion aspects are really great.

I think fusion and (to a lesser extent absorption) is really under-represented in terms of volume of material, which is a shame cause it can be pretty hot depending on the different angles you approach them from.

Fellow writer of sneks here, I can give a little review/thoughts of my own that I found when I was reading them.
Perhaps unintentional, but I liked the parallel between the Snek being forced into his life and the whole invasion. He's meant to be off-guard and hopefully "subservient" so that he doesn't get in her bad books and is then reported to higher-ups in Advent. A possible sequel can be another snek in the house of a suspected mole/spy, and she keeps him in a state of paranoia.
But onto the story. While the situation is neat, it wasn't wholly explored. The bed situation was a good way to make it come across that he has to sacrifice some luxuries for her, whether you intended it to or not. This also came across with the tablet translator, which made him have to think how to cross the language barrier to suit her, rather than the other way around. I do think you were trying to get to the porn too quickly, and we jump from the introduction to the "comfort" scene pretty quickly, with no chance to show off how his life has changed in terms of having to deal with a schedule-focused snek. Again, material to think of for a potential sequel.
You transition into the smut nicely, and do a good job of keeping it nicely paced. I don't have too much to say about it, only that you could have involved her coils a little more to control his movement. Though the sneks in xcom 2 are not so large, you can play with that and make her properly room-filling. A trip backwards onto her body and the natural weight of her coils on his legs and chest would push the casual domination angle pretty nicely.
On dialogue. I've mentioned that the intentional separation of him speaking and her tapping away put them at natural impedance. The house they're in feels quiet because there's not much in the way of described sound. Obviously it's not something that GW has touched upon in any way, but based on what we know about how the Path system works, I'd be very surprised if there wasn't a Path of the Lover, or something of the sort. I'd like a story in which an invading army/raiding force occupies a minor town or village for the winter. Things go as poorly as one would expect for the locals; the troops living in their homes are from a nation at war with theirs, and they have few scruples.
The main characters would be a local girl and one of the invading force's officers. I can think of two good ways it could go:
1) The girl was gang-raped when the invaders first arrived and suffers a form of PTSD. She gravitates toward the officer because she'd rather be exclusively used by one man than many, and he's got the strength and authority to make that happen.
2) Being an officer, he was able to pick his own girl when things first started, so the local girl has been under her protection since day 1. But she's desperate to stay in his good graces.

Hey all, I have a story idea that I'm looking for feedback on. Basically, would anyone be interested in reading this?

Humans are split into two "classes," one of which dominates the other through political-economic-military means. Top families of the top class have the unspoken right to gather harems, or pets, from the lower class. The story would follow a blase noble-guy who finds and trains various girls for his harem.

What I would really like to do is write from the perspective from the girls, as they change physically and psychologically through their "training." The slow shift in thinking, loyalty, and psychology related to intense sexual training would really be the focus.

I was thinking along vaguely similar lines.

The main thrust of the idea was to portray the Lictor character almost as an Incubus-like figure, one that lurks in the Sister's quarters, watching but never touching her. Over repeated visits it grows closer, up until the point where she would wake to find it crouched at the end of her bed, then again, to find it looming directly over her.

The sticking point is how you get from there to her actually laying with the thing. I don't think famililarity alone would be enough to cultivate a fetish, and just saying that she was into monsters all along feels like a bit of a cop-out; Sororitas are so heavily indoctrinated into their faith that any alien, especially something as inhuman as a Tyranid, would evoke an instinctive loathing. As an aside, this is why I tend not to write very much 40k/Fantasy smut - I get super-anal about making sure everything broadly makes sense within the wider setting.

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is that it must be overtly sexual and include sexuality as a dominant theme. "Mommy porn" and other methods of skirting the action are not erotic (for our purposes). Any sexual content is explicit and designed to be arousing. Sex must not dominate the story, but must be a primary theme. We have a number of 50+ page stories. I've read some much longer. We like plot and characters. However, if you write 100 pages and three of them actually have sex, that's rather close to no longer being erotic. There's so little sexual content that it doesn't actually feature meaningfully in the story.

I posted this over in the /tg/ thread, but was advised to head over here.

I like a certain combination of things that have been very difficult to find, let alone together. They exist, but much of winds up being less than satisfying. A lot of it winds up being more head canon than anything else, which eventually lead to an idea for a story. In this case, the idea came from some doll-like sex game after messing with some of the settings and costumes.

The problem is that I don't know that I'd ever finish if I started. Hell, maybe it's not something that has a finish. Maybe I just need motivation.

The premise is a rather cliche start. A treasure Hunter finds a cursed artifact. In this case, it's a pretty worthless trinket that belonged to a succubus. She scoops him away to her lair and decides to make him her apprentice, and turns him into a succubus.

I think the reason would be because the trinket shows her something about the person. Maybe what they find most sexually attractive or something. If that's the case, maybe his wasn't the typical super bimbo/stud bod. Instead, it was something much more modest. Why is that important? Maybe he actually cares more about the person than the body, idk. Regardless, she decides to make him an apprentice and changes him into the body she saw from the trinket, only with a supernatural perfection because you know, succubus.

The story would be about training, which is where more of my preferences would enter, which would mostly be under magic, aphrodisiacs, and bondage (living or otherwise).

The big thing here is no identity death, so there's internal struggle with acceptance, and he won't be able to change his appearance from what it is besides maybe a more demonic looking form, which will still be subtle and likely temporary.

What does /efg/ think?

I'd say just start. Writing, like RPGs, tend to take on a life of their own as they progress. You don't really need to worry about how it ends, or if it even will. If there is an appropriate end, you'll find it. The only times I ever already knew an ending for something I've written is when I were when the entire story was just a smutty, elaborate setup to a joke.

The premise sounds fine. You don't have to worry about cliche plots and the like for this kind of story. It's character driven, not story driven. If you write out a quick outline of the personalities and tendencies of the characters, you'll be fine. It's not about what happens in the world, but how the characters react. As such, nothing kills a story like this faster than irrational, inconsistent characters. Establish who they are early on and make the changes visible to the reader and sensible for the character. The biggest pitfall of TF and TG is irrational actors. Nobody ever changes totally. If your MC is a strong, masculine man, he's not going to suddenly decide to accept being a succubus because "it feels so good". That's low-quality mindbreak. What could happen is that he adapts to his new form by redefining masculinity. Maybe he doesn't actually need a penis if he's still strong and in charge. Even if he has to act and look more and more feminine, he can still hold on to that fragment. That way, the reader can see his progress and how he goes from A to B. Without that, your story is going to suck.

The only other word of advice I have is to not make this your first smut story. I've never seen a new writer even come close to finishing a long project as their inaugural work. Learn the ropes of smut first. Write some quickies that pique your interest and can be applied to this. Ask for criticism and learn what to keep doing and what to change. Don't expect anything to work the first time.

I agree with the characters 100%. Frankly, that's what makes it so hard to find decent shit in the category of TG. Personality death is essentially the same thing actual death, especially when the body is changed as well. One of my first experiences with TG anything was Ranma, and I feel that it set a good bar.

As for writing, I'm not entirely new to writing, and writing smut. I used to ERP in MMOs back in the day, which was more of an introduction, but it did lead me to looking up how to write it better. After that, I was on a smut ERP play by post forum for while. Non-smut, I have been doing play by post stuff for the better part of 7 years now, and have written extensive backgrounds for stuff, even if it never got anywhere.

Regardless, having the characters down, at least the main ones, is a good place to start for sure. Maybe I will just write some small stuff first.

Full stories is a different skill than interactive/PBP. I would probably suggest doing some practice first. What I would do is a similar but significantly shorter story. Write a TG story with some actual sex in it (which is amazingly uncommon as it is, incidentally). Make sure that you like how you do the characters and the transition. Smut is a skill of its own and TG is rather hard to write, so it's best to focus on practicing just these two. All the rest of what you've described is pretty easy. Do a practice run and see how it comes out. I'm sure there's plenty of people around who wouldn't mind seeing some new TF/TG stuff.

I've always loved how much emphasis you put on her and her reactions to everything going on. It often feels like a real person recounting their sexploits, and it is glorious. Requesting links to known literature:

1) F/F, CATSUIT: Woman A (younger?) is hired by Woman B (older?) to operate a telephone at Woman B's house/mansion. Woman B leaves the place for a bit. Woman A snoops around, finds a black latex/rubber catsuit, debates whether she should try it on, then tries it on. She is then unable to take it off or leave the place. Eventually Woman B comes back home and catches Woman A in the catsuit, then punishes/blackmails her with sexual activity of some sort. Later (days/weeks later?), Woman C, a friend of Woman A, comes looking for Woman A at Woman B's place. Woman B locks Woman A away so Woman C doesn't see/hear her, and tricks Woman C, who has not seen Woman A, into putting on a white catsuit (she also gets stuck). Woman B then forces/persuades Women A and C to complete lesbian acts together. ~10000 words (VERY rough approximation from memory)

2) F GROUP, TENTACLE: There is a group (maybe 3-6) of people, I think all female, in a room. They somehow encounter a single tentacle, which enters a woman in one hole and exits through another, the tentacle ending up larger than before in thickness and/or length. The tentacle then goes through another woman and increases in size. The process repeats a few times. I think it was consensual but it may not have been. ~4000 words (again, VERY rough approximation from memory)

My head's full of ideas, /d/-tier and otherwise. Worldbuilding & general ideas I have no problem putting together, but when it comes time to actually write a story...
I've succeeded in doing so once, sort of. Put maybe 40,000 words up on Literotica. But I didn't finish it, and I haven't even started any of the other ideas I've had since then.
Writer's block? Or am I just not cut out for this?

Set a schedule. If I'm working on something, I put aside an hour or two every second night to focus on writing. It gives me enough time to chew through the text, and on the off-days, I can toss ideas around in my head so I'm ready for the next session. It's also a good idea to keep something you can write with on you as often as you can. I'll quite often get a sudden bolt of inspiration and note down a paragraph, a couple of lines, or even just a nice description of something on a whim, and work it in later. Writer's block always happens - you can either brute force through it, by forcing yourself to write anything until you hit your groove then going back and editing, or take a short break and do something completely different to close your mind. Both methods have their advantages and disadvantages, but it's something we all deal with, so don't think you're alone.

Also, 40,000 words is a hell of a length. When I started writing, way back when we were still on /tg/, my stories averaged 5000 words and have crept up to 8000-10,000 or so. You might want to try writing some shorter, more focused stuff to begin with, especially if you're having trouble with structural issues like pacing.

Writing isn't about waiting for your muse to arrive. As with all art, it requires practice to get better. Having a schedule helps you develop productivity as a habit.

I have to say that I do slightly hate how you manage to fuck up smut by making stories so damn endearing that it makes fapping impossible. This was wonderful. Not as smut, mind you, but as a short, sweet romance. You did a great job with the perspective, too. I don't remember you really doing first person before, but that story was a good time to start.

The only suggestions I have concern fine execution. First of all, the turn-around was a bit too fast. You could have done with a more gradual transition from lust to love, but I understand that can be hard to do with so few words. You may want to consider expanding that. I'm also not sure about the cut-away explaination of mind melding. I think that the reader can guess well enough as to what is going on that it's not necessary. I felt that the aside hurt the flow of the story and spoiled the mood you were setting. You could probably just remove the explaination outright without any replacement and the story would come out better for it.

A sorceress is teaching a class of students about warding off demons but the class isn't excited so she decides to summon a succubus for them since it's one of the least dangerous to women.

When it appears she begins explaining its biology before she feels her breathing grow short. She explains how the succubus is trying to overpower her will to free itself from her summoning circle.
She then focuses intently on the demon forcing it to back down before one of the students asks her why she stopped teaching to stare at it.
She asks them to remain silent while she focuses but more students begin asking questions trying to distract her.
The succubus begins mocking her by narrating the sorceress's growing arousal in the same lecturing tone the sorceress originally gave.
The succubus approaches the barely composed sorceress before using her tail to cut open the sorceress's dress revealing sweat dripping down her body, her juices beginning to drip down her thigh.

The Succubus then wraps her arms around the sorceress and tells her she was doing better when she was teaching the class so the sorceress tries to lecture the class exactly what the succubus is doing to her mentally before the succubus tells her to tell the class what she's doing physically.
The sorceress then tells the class of every ministration and the feeling of her caressing touch.

Hi guys, i'm working on a story where monsters have to perform lewd acts on people to collect energy from them. But I'm not sure how to explain the process of how this energy gets made. My initial idea was that the farseer has used her psychic powers to turn the entire pack of hounds onto the wych.

Anyone know the name of this story? The premise was a semi-dystopian future where legal punishments came in the form of spending time in a latex(?) bodysuit that controls your actions. Yeah, that's my French playing tricks on me. "Tomber en désuétude" en "Point final!" are rather common French expressions. I'll keep that in mind.

Ever read stuff that has a bunch of positive reviews and think that you could write something much better? That's how I feel at the moment. I was browsing some stories for inspiration, many of them felt lacking. Maybe the stories are simply unedited, like the writer simply wrote it, uploaded it, and that was the end.

My main fetish is tg, and with that comes a disproportionate amount of writing that ignores any and all aspects of a character for the default "There's a penis in me now I'm addicted forever!" style. I'm not saying the character has to be miserable, but these writers have to at least try to remember that their character is still a male.

I agree with that. I've seen loads of stories where the character seems to adapt to the change way too quickly. I don't mind when they find themselves enjoying it (women to male and getting really into an alpha/dom role especially) but the instant switch of just getting how everything works and being totally fine with being like that 100% forever five minutes after the change takes place like you said is really dumb.

A big one for me is regression. Almost all age regression content is ageplay/child/unbirth but I fucking live for regression from old or out of shape into physical prime.
Lots of stories will toe the line into that aspect, but more often than not it escalates from there till they're a child which always really fucking sucks cause I'm just not into it.

I'd absolutely kill for more stories of that specific type of regression and then having the character relish in it, but they're so few and far between.
