Everyone's different, of course, but for me it would be how they're capable of doing so much more than the average person. At least in theory. Also there's an appeal in how totally strange it is. For some, they might see this character and imagine her being a dom in the bedroom. Could also be interesting to see the opposite, a multi girl being "dominated" by an amputee.

Some questions to answer in a story would be: how does this affect their lives? How do other people react? Though, I find that in my writing, once I go beyond these questions, it gets more and more difficult. Good writing is more about creating a good plot and characters who are in a weird situation.

It's a bit inherently silly to the human mind, since it's a bit hard to comprehend having more limbs than we do, let alone being able to use them effectively. Take a look at Elzar for instance. The animators made sure each arm was doing something different rather than having both left arms stirring something or some other similar task. By having multiple things going on with a single side of the body occupied, that immediately looks weird to humans because we can't do that. Our brains simply aren't wired for such a thing to happen.

Similarly, with legs, there's the trap of having all the limbs doing something similar. For instance, a humantaur walking using the method of front-left and back-right together, then front-right and back-left together, repeat. Horses don't move in that sort of unison usually. It's just easier for humans to understand what's going on without wondering why she doesn't fall over to one side whenever she takes a step.

With cocks and breasts (and arguably assholes and vaginas as well), it's a bit trickier. For cocks specifically, there's no other example of having two (or more) fully functional cocks that we're familiar with. There are multi-cocked species out there (sharks and echidnas come to mind with 2 and 4 cocks, respectively), but even then they're vastly different from humans in how they reproduce, meaning no common frame of reference outside of 'stick it in the hole'. The best way I've seen this done is where each cock is treated as belonging to a separate guy initially, then all references to multiple guys are just pressed into being one guy. Just keep in mind that there are some limitations that can't happen with a single multi-cocked guy unless tentacles and/or really big dicks come into play.

If we can pretend that hermaphrodites are common and get the best of both worlds, we can pretend a girl has another set of tits on her.

I've been writing material for extramorphs (it's down now) for a while, and the big draw I've found was to write about the consequences and human reactions to being able to induce multi on yourself/others. For me the draw is the transformation itself, and the immediate reaction of the transformee. Sort of, from talking to Qalexandrian. There was a user by the name of MorphMan that was spam posting bad manips several times a day, and sockpuppeting support for himself when people were looking at his work and downvoting it because people weren't fans of his work in general. Extra found out, and warned MorphMan. MorphMan took it rather poorly, and started harassing other users, so his account was banned and his gallery stripped. Turns out the site only had functionality for IP banning and deleting user content, and the mod team was literally two or three people, so this guy's holy crusade of pissing people off pissed Extra off and he took it down. It might come back later, but the site has to be updated to deal with users like MorphMan, or just problem users in general.

Shadowbanning is probably the best course of action, but I don't know if that feature was implemented on the site. I suppose that since the entire engine was homebrewed, it was more of a personal project, and so it's likely features deemed "crucial" for any other place would've been missing quite simply because the designer did not expect the situation to sour like that.

Much as I disagree with Extra's reaction to the matter, I still lay the blame entirely on MorphMan. Doing otherwise might as well be called victim shaming.

TungstenTed stopped posting on EM after he got banned from DA. Not the first nor the last time this happens. Same happened with Sauron, same happened with Crackspider, etc.
