Depends how story oriented it is. If it focuses more on story than smut, I can understand making it more RPG-like. Though I'm not sure how exactly I'd categorize Shrink High. I doubt anyone really plays it for the story. Random encounters are pretty lazy and are mainly just used to pad out runtime, which you should never do.

Personally I think the way Kanahebi did it is perfect. There aren't any random encounters, and you can choose to either engage the enemies directly, or sneak around them. You could easily make a game like that more story oriented, and those who weren't interested in the porn would have an incentive not to get caught by sentries. Conversely, those that just want to make their willies wet can easily run face first into the encounters.

I discovered it in 7th grade when I used the pc's in my schools computer lab to look up "Giant Woman" which eventually brought me to the term "Giantess" before that I just assumed i invented the fetish on my own or something. There might of been some other commercial where a boy was getting treated like a doll in a giant girls doll house or something but that might be my imagination. The biggest and most controversial censorship was the removal of skin ship. I personally didn't care for it much, bug it might've been interesting. Its mainly fan service that got censored, HOWEVER dialogues in supports, and entire characters actually, were completely written to be a shitty memefest/joke.
