Aside from the few other shots of her in that chapter, I don't know. I'm currently reading/scanning through the whole series though, so I'll post any findings. I'm also gonna do the same with anything else I can find by the author, since he seems to largely make hentai doujin. Though I doubt there will be anything more, it's still worth a look.

I don't know kanji and the furigana is too tiny for me to put up with, but it seems that the only explaination given for wht the guy is flat comes from the devil loli saying "I crushed you flat" after whacking him with her hammer.

As for the skin-suit looking girl the best I can do is that I think she can be slipped on and off that mannequin. The guy holding her seems to be saying she's his ideal woman because he can put her in a drawer when he's not using her. (also she's saying "help... me..." in that page where she's folded up) all of which is a pretty solid boner-killer if you ask me. I'm guessing some of this honestly... here's hoping someone who can actually read it will translate for reals.

That panel where devil loli sits on the guy though. So much yes holy damn.

It's called Youkai Shiokinin. From what I gather, she's actually a type of monster that is essentially a flat woman, and not actually a woman who was flattened. Either way, she only appears in two chapters in the whole series. I uploaded the volume, and the two chapters she appears in are between pages 93 and 130.

Remember seeing this before and went through the whole series. She is a recurring character, a kind of rival to the main characters and some kind of youkai hunter. She usually wears glasses but can't after the demon underwear turns her into a cloth woman so looks a bit different for these 2 chapters. She does get inflated in one of the other chapters along with most of the school, but that's the only other tf she is a victim of in the series
