I've had three open heart surgeries to correct a congenital defect that's been passed through every generation of my family, on both sides even. On top of that I have a slew of other hereditary issues and fucked up genes I don't want to ever pass along. I had made up my mind when I was 12 because of everything I'd gone through. It never goes away you just have to try and ignore it the best you can, alcohol and drugs work but they aren't a smart long time solution you just have to try and take it one day at a time until you kill yourself or find someway to break the cycle.

That character is only good if they show them bottling up everything. We'd need to see Diane get more and more annoyed with PB but this doesn't happen because PB will only do one huge gesture per season and they often reconcile.
