Nah, the early films were lower budget. Iron Man had a budget of $140 million, Homecoming has a budget of $175 million. Admittedly that's not adjusting for inflation.

Spider-Man had a lower budget than Homecoming (110M vs 175M) but the rest of them were all more expensive.

Out of the MCU films, Ant Man (130M), The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor (all 140M), Dr. Strange (165M), The Dark World, and Guardians of the Galaxy (170M) were all cheaper.
