You should read them man, the comic may have some continuity errors but the writting and action are pretty good.

It's alright, in my opinion. It doesn't really excel in any way, but it's not dreck either. Just don't go in expecting PKNA/PK2/PKNE and you might have a good time. Best characters in the reboot are Donald himself, Lyonard and Gorthan in my opinion. Angus is excellent whenever he does get focus. Worst recurring rebooted character is One, sadly.

I decided to check the Disney wikia to see where the Reboot was published, and came across this:

This is remarkably wrong, the reboot lasted 3 years and 32 issues(for comparison, PK2 had only 18).

I know a good number of issues were released in english as "Superduck" back in 2012, which is also why Banker only translated the short side stories they didn't include.

As far as completely new characters go, I liked Vulnus Vendor. His later outings in particular gave him an aura of danger that few enemies ever had in the entire franchise. Like you could tell shit would get real every time he showed up.

Utter garbo. I still enjoyed it being a massive PK fan, but it's a barebones platformer with barebones shooting, like 4 different enemy types, and an incredibly annoying "rescue X prisoners in X seconds" mechanic. It also does fuckall with the setting. You spend most of your time in drab nameless facilities in the middle of nowhere.

If by Donald-voice you mean the quacking nigh gibberish speak they use for him in the cartoons, I've never really adapted using that voice when reading comics. In my head, he speaks mostly in a normal voice, or at least like any other character, so his speech mannerism doesn't stick out like a sore thumb while I'm reading.

Shame, really. The whole PKNA universe brought me back to reading the comics after years of abstinence and I've even been buying the german release of it. Really enjoyed that and the Double Duck adventures and would love to see either of those animated (even though Daisy is somewhat obnoxious in DD). Fat chance of that happening though.
