First off, who is going to be her Shounen-style rival? You know, the Vegeta to her Goku. Does Carol have any archenemies?

Well, Moonstone is the obvious candidate (although she'd need a bit of a power boost), but personally I'd rather go with a Kree girl who wants to be Mar-Vell's successor (maybe a long lost sister or something) or a girl Super-Skrull. Basically, someone who can put up a fight against Carol and also have an interesting dynamic with her when they eventually become allies (even if temporarily).
