One of them lives, you see his eye move when the rest of the cops come in. The other one has blue skin and blackened fingertips, like from frostbite. The thing with helen is out of the frame, you hear him gasping and going "Lady, please, i c-can't-" before finally giving up and presumably dying.

Violet picks up a gun and shoots the other two guards that were with the "little miss disappear" guy to save dash.

Mr. Incredible probably would've won the defense via Good Samaritan and whatnot. But the problem was the extreme amount of bad press supers were getting because of the trial and other things so the government settled out of court instead of dragging on the lawsuit for months/years and sent the supers into hiding.

if lawyers actually had to consider if they could win a case, perhaps there would be fewer bullshit suits, and maybe they would actually have to start poking around for some actual wrongdoing.

as another side effect, no one would have to appease sjws anymore since groundless suits are out.
