It has to start on Netflix, but in part requires her to appear on someone else's story as Jen before any accident makes her She Hulk.

And she does what she does, be a Lawyer for a bit, references are made to the Infinity War, maybe we see something happen in NY from the show's perspective simultaneous to an event in the film and Jen gets wrecked.

It's chaos and she's already established in that circle by know so our favorite Night Nurse is struggling to save her life, but because of a Toxic substance in her blood she is going to die, if she hadn't already lost so much blood she'd be dead. She has hours at best, but the mass crisis in the city means even if they go to a hospital she would not have gotten one in time. She asks Jen if there's anyone she wants her to try and reach; Jen says she wants to see the last family she has left, her cousin, and gives a phone number.

Whoever is with NN and Jen freaks out when Bruce Banner, played by Ruffalo, arrives. Because Bruce Banner is at least well known as the Hulk. He is visibly upset and asks what happened and how Jen is dying. -cont

A look of conflict plays across Bruce's face. He's a match for her blood type and they're related. But we don't have the tools to bag it, it'd be direct and the toxicity could- Bruce interjects that this wouldn't be able to kill him. The third present asks what about the other guy. What would happen to Jen with his gamma night light blood.

He won't let her die, he can't lose the rest of his family. Jen weakly consents to trying.

This is toward the end of whatever season it's in, or if during Defenders 2 at least the ending of an episode midway through the series.

The effect during transfusion isn't immediate as Jen drifts early on in the process. There is fleshy grinding g sounds as the veins on her arm flush momentarily dark and visible.

Her eyes snap open, glowing gamma green, and in silouette to the sounds of body horror and orgasmic triumphant cries, to the visible concern of all present, Jen is now the other actress laying on a much smaller by comparison couch, a jolly green giantess by means of forced perspective or just that much taller an actress, to the gobsmacked surprise of everyone present.
