Dolf confess to a random bush outside about how he couldn't get the courage to ask out Ered. After Dolf leaves Gwen and David emerge from the bush. As the dance ends he crown Dolf and Ered King and Queen of the dance. As they dance Ered just says "about time."

Sasha stomps her feet and says what about me! Snake emerges from the shadow and asks her to dance.

Just finished the first season a few hours ago. Wasn't what I was expecting from the art style (Cute/comfy) but I loved it. I don't particularly care for Max, but I love his dynamic with David (poor guy tries so hard for these kids). Nikki is adorable and not nearly as annoying as I thought she'd be, and Neil is just perfect.

Does season 2 go into the other campers? My favorite episode so far is Mind Freakers, mostly because of how Neil and Harrison played off each other. The show seems ripe for character development/interaction. Also shipping, but that's a given.

Harrison started the opposite way. He can do anything, but he refuses to do so in order to keep his friends and family near. He knows how to shoot fire, he simply shouts it. He can disappear small stuff, and likely bigger things, he just doesn't try because he could accidentally vanish one of the campers, like he did with his brother.
His struggle is not about learning how to cast his powers, but instead how to do so without harmful consequences. He's a human version of the common "Sealed God" trope, a powerful being contained (in this specific scenario, not physically contained but simply contained by his will).

The kid is a malevolent being with apparently good intentions (having fun and being happy) but fails because he is being self-centered and careless about others. He abuses his power in order to force his way of seeing the world onto others, and nobody can question him.

Harrison, on the other way, knows he is dangerous and could be a threat to others, but he is mature and recognizes the value of others, so instead of enslaving them, he shuts his powers down and tries to be irrelevant. This of course, has damaged his reputation, to the point all he can do is to perform shitty tricks (Nerris said the most he could achieve was to go to Las Vegas).
He still sometimes enjoys causing misfortune, as he did to the main trio in Mind Freakers: He made Max cough and vomit random objects, which harmed him physically and metally; he destroyed Neil's perception of the world; and finally, he let Nikki get hurt for a brief moment, also profitting from her ignorance.

This show is too good. It's everything Camp WWE wishes it could be and more. I don't know what it is about this show where every character is interesting enough to be able to carry a focused episode yet funny enough to land a punchline at least once per episode (Except Erid, she's not bad, but definitely the blandest flavor in the room.)

Even Max, who I wasn't a fan of in the first season, improved throughout the season (especially the finale). Neil remains best camper, although special mention to Nerris the Cute and Harrison the possibly-real magician(?)

David remains too pure, and deserves a harem for the shit he has to put up with. Gwen too, plus her episode hit really close to home for me. I'm so happy I gave this show a go. Anyone have any good fics or know when the next season starts.

What would be a good direction to take the show? Is Parents Day supposed to be at the end of their stay at camp, because it would seem weird for the parents to come all the way to camp, only to leave their kids there for several more weeks.

I would love it if S3 was filled with character-centric stories like the first two seasons, but would there be an overall loosly connected arc? What about afterwards, when school starts up again? I can't imagine all the kids go to the same school, so would the narrative be split up between all the characters, or would we just skip forward a year to next summer?

Parents' Day explicitly was created by David as an event for families to see each other during the summer, there's still more to come.
For now, it seems S3 will have camp shenanigans, but if summer ends in their universe, I guess RT could try either with new characters, or moving to a different setting.
