Why was/is there such an aversion to blood in cartoons? And why is electrocuting people so much more common/accepted?
If it's for the children, a kid is going to see blood a lot more often then they will people getting electrocuted. Every kid bleeds in one form or another (scrapes, nosebleeds, cuts, etc.)
Does dragon/alien blood count?
Just part of backwards schizophrenic American norms. like how in Europe it's normal to drink a beer walking down the street or riding a bus but in America it's a punishable offense.
