Definitely similar- that's Humberto Ramos. He was another one of the artists that put out a book on the short lived Cliffhanger label. All the artists had similar visual styles, and Crimson was actually a pretty decent book as I recall.

Recent Ramos has toned it down a bit, it was flat out laughable back in 2003-ish. There's this Doc Ock storyline that looks drawn by a six year old.
