Name one (1) DCEU movie that had a console game tie-in. Don't worry, I'll wait.
Goddamn, that just makes me wish there were more stories of the Flash actually racing, like Motor Crush or Ghost Racers style. Closest I can think of is that arc by Morrison when Wally raced for those cute static creatures.

There was that Superman TAS episode.

Man I've always fantasized about how good this game could have been.
A couple of additions could have made it even better: upgrades to allow vaulting over objects, phasing through objects, exploding objects after phasing through them. An additional mechanic I'd add would be holding a trigger to slow down time in order to slide around corners and make precise maneuvers. The combat would probably end up being more like Arkham with superspeed.
I imagine missions where you have to switch between Flash, Kid Flash and Jay, who all play slightly differently. Missions where you get to team up with all kinds of other superheroes, missions where you have to time travel or travel to Earth-Two, missions where you have to stop the Rogues committing multiple crimes at once by managing your time wisely. Interesting boss fights with Cold, Mirror Master, Prof. Zoom, and Gorilla Grodd. And random crimes you can stop.
The map would be gigantic with both Keystone and Central City that have different aesthetics, as well as a huge farmland outside of Central and a desert outside Keystone, you can travel out to Iron Heights, there's a big river running between the two towns for running on water. And you don't have to fill it with that much stuff and intricate detail because you're gonna be running around fast as fuck all the time. Think something as big as GTA V but with Burnout Paradise's design.
Maybe even a multiplayer mode where you pick a Flash (Jay, Barry, Kid Wally, adult Wally, Impulse, Jessie Quick, Johnny Quick, Max Mercury, Thawne, etc.) and race around the city, or do co-op missions.
God damn there's just so much potential, and you know it would be super popular with gamers.
