Don't force it. Don't have the girls act like they are at a glamour shoot, don't have weird angles just to see their underwear. There's plenty of fanservice in everyday life as long as you simply follow the rules of physics and have their skirts lift up when they jump and their panties visible instead of hiding in the dark void. The best fanservice comes simply from the absence of censorship and honesty in depiction.
