Those other things were popular during their inital run, lasted multiple seasons, and maintained a presence on their home network even after ending.

None of those apply to Mission Hill, which became a cult show after it was canceled. The time for a revival would have been during its initial runs on Adult Swim like Futurama and Family Guy, not years later.
