this has been a pretty interesting read, thanks OP
this "Volume 7" is all new to me. were these not published as monthly issues?
>>94795018
No, they were a separate thing called Courtney Crumrin Tales that weren't part of the ongoing comics

I remember getting the single issues for "Witch Next Door," "Fire Theif's Tale" and "Prince of Nowhere" but didn't find the collected books.
I'm checking my usual source for old books.
Found (not gonna post an image in storytime) ISBN 9782355741104 which looks like the next piece for my collection... but it's in French.

Well balls. He seemed to be doing so well up to this point.
I'd imagine against Gansters and Commi-Nazis he'd come on top.

Fire Thief and Prince of Nowhere are collected in vol 4

Like I said in the first thread I think it's very reminiscent of the Mignolaverse comics and Beasts of Burden. The creator has also made Princess Ugg which is different but still very good.
Okay, got a problem with Threas #2, cos the lat pic is a spier with a drop of water for a hat.

more by Ted Naifeh:
- Princess Ugg
- Polly and the Pirates
- early Gloomcookie
- Night's Dominion
- and the book that got me hooked: How Loathsome
.... and there's this thing, never heard of it but somehow it's by Naifeh?
