He's learned to form his bubble, expand it, change its shape.
He can summon his shield on command, multiple shields if necessary, and make the shield much bigger. He's also gotten better at ricochet shots with the shield like Captain America.
He's learned how fuse with Connie and Amethyst and can do it basically whenever he wants to
He's pretty much mastered his dreamwalking powers, he just needs to think of a person and he can visit their dreams when he's sleeping. He hasn't figured out full on possession yet.
His ability to create plant armies is too dangerous so he doesn't do it too often, but did create a pet pumpkin dog
He's gotten better at shapeshifting but not good enough to use it in combat situations like Amethyst or Garnet
His healing powers come and go

The only power I'd say he forgets he has is the floating/descent regulation

Id say he doesn't use the float/slow fall often is because its based on his emotions, which would be tough to control in a fight

but there really aren't a lot of combat applications for it right now, he doesn't have much mobility while in his bubble so he needs to use it in conjunction with another gem or his floating power if he wants to do any real damage with it.
