Not Rusty. Red Death would probably zero in on Brock or Hank/Dean, since Dr. Venture is his arch at that point and needs to stay alive. On the other hand, the show runners themselves stated that Brock vs. anyone and Brock will win. That easily holds weight within their own setting.
